My Philosphy

I want you to live a life of vitality.

There’s a lot of noise in the health and wellness industry today about being the “best you.” Sure, you can take pills, shots, drinks, etc. But, my focus is on using our bodies and our lives the way God designed them. I focus on crowding out things that don’t benefit us, and bringing in more of what does— real food, movement, relationships, rest, and more.

The truth about your health

  • God made all of us unique.  There is no cookie-cutter program that works for everyone.  The key is to find the lifestyle of nutrition and activity that works for you.

  • It’s impacted every day by your career, relationships, physical activity, and spirituality. Your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health all work together to provide the balance you need in your life.

  • Despite what you may have been told, health is no the destination— it’s the bridge that allows you to reach your ultimate goals in life. No matter what your age, your current health, or any other factors, you can ALWAYS improve your health.  It takes time and consistency.

  • The journey to health should not be torture or boring.  I will show you how to enjoy every step along the way!
